HOW TO ORDER
1) Select your special clothing
Please call or message with any questions, it’s what I’m here for.
2) Print and complete the mail-in order form make note of anything special you would like if you are unsure, message me, or leave blank and I will take care of all please enclose $30 deposit per bear, balance requested before items are shipped.
3) Prepare your keepsake memory package and REQUEST OUR MAILING ADDRESS
4) Read our FAQ’s to help you with your ordering process
Orders must be RECEIVED by OCTOBER 30, 2021 for Christmas 2021 delivery.
PRICES: Please contact Stephanie for the most current pricing and services.
ALL orders require payment of 1/2 of the TOTAL of the order, along with the clothing BEFORE services begin. Once I receive 1/2 down and the clothing (called the deposit), the deposit is non-refundable.
DEPOSITS can be mailed with clothing OR via PayPal/Venmo.
Balance requested BEFORE finished products are mailed to the customer.
Then what?
Once your special package has arrived I will contact you to personalize your order request. I will go over the details, request balance, and let you know when to expect your bears.

If you have any special requests make a note on the form, or just ask us to make the most beautiful memory bears and ornaments with the clothing you send.
I will make your bear as though it were my own.
Enclose your required deposit, balance will be requested BEFORE items are shipped to the customer.
SHIPPING:
We ship primarily from US Postal Service.
After you send your clothing, what happens?
We will contact you after receipt of your package to let you know it is in our care. At that time, Stephanie will go over everything, ask/answer any questions, go over the details, and estimate delivery time.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: CONTACT STEPHANIE
We offer (at additional fees)-
- gift wrapping and special occasion cards
- Machine Embroidery patches and/or directly onto products (DOB/Monograms/Poems/special words, etc)
- Heat Transfer Vinyl poems/DOB/ Monogram directly onto product.
- You must pay for these add-ons before your products are shipped.
Each special request has its own price and must be indicated on the original order form.
